Printer Setup for Macintosh OS 10.5Printer Setup
- Open the Apple Menu
- Go to System Preferences
- Select Print & Fax
- Click the Lock to unlock
- Enter your username and password credentials
- Click on the + button to add a printer

- Select the IP icon from the top menu bar
- Protocol: Line Printer Daemon – LPD
- Address: Enter the IP Address in the Address line
- Print Using: Select driver to use…
- And select the printer model from the list
- Click the Add button
- **If the printer needs a driver, you can download it at hp.com

Printer Management
- Choose Open Print Queue to see jobs in queue
- Print jobs will be listed. Use the Delete, Hold, or Resume icons to manage print jobs.
- If the printer queue is stopped, choose Resume Printer icon
