In general, the Computer Help Desk staff provides assistance with network connections, support for TCU student accounts and troubleshooting for general computer-related issues. The Help Desk does not provide hardware repair services for student-owned computers. Students are asked to contact an outside vendor or SOS Consultant for hardware repair and installation.
