IT Support Helpdesk Request Ticket
- Log onto my.tcu.edu and select Helpdesk Ticket.

- Select New Issue from the left menu.
- Describe your problem, include contact information and click the Submit button.
- You will receive a ticket confirmation via email with the ticket Call ID number.
Tickets will be processed during regular business hours.
