Self-Service - Create your own
IT Support Helpdesk Request Ticket

  1. Log onto my.tcu.edu and select Helpdesk Ticket.


     
  2. Select New Issue from the left menu.
  3. Describe your problem, include contact information and click the Submit button. 
  4. You will receive a ticket confirmation via email with the ticket Call ID number.
    Tickets will be processed during regular business hours.
