Create your own Computer Help Desk Request Ticket
You may now enter your own request ticket 24 hours a day 7 days a week within the TCU portal. This ticket will be entered directly into our tracking system and a consultant will get back to you during business hours* to help you with your issue or concern.
- Log onto my.tcu.edu
- Choose Technology Resources on the left menu
- Click on Create/Track Ticket

If you prefer, you may call our Computer Help Desk during business hours*.
