Printing in Labs

From the labs, each student is entitled to 200 complimentary black and white printed pages per semester. After 200 pages are printed, additional pages will be charged to the student's account at 10 cent per page.

Color laser printing is available in some labs. All pages printed on the color laser printers are charged at 90 cents per page.

Accessing Student U: Drives or Personal Network Drives in the Macintosh Labs

An FTP program must be used to access files from a Macintosh computer. CuteFTP Mac and Fetch are popular applications used for FTP and are installed on the lab computers. After launching CuteFTP Mac or Fetch, the student enters his/her username and password, then clicks the Connect button. Both applications support drag and drop file transfers. After a student is finished transferring files, click Disconnect to close the session. Documentation for FTP can be found here.
